Why Choose Comprehensive Blood Testing?

More Than Just Numbers—A Holistic Health Roadmap

Traditional blood work often provides a limited view of your health. At Zen Medicine, we take a whole-body, integrative approach that looks at how systems work together—not just in isolation. This allows us to catch subtle imbalances early and create personalized wellness plans based on your unique biology.

What Our Blood Work Analysis Includes

Our in-depth panels typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

  • Hormone Testing (including testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, thyroid markers like TSH, T3, T4)

  • Inflammatory Markers (C-reactive protein/CRP, homocysteine)

  • Micronutrient Levels (Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, zinc, and more)

  • Oxidative Stress Markers

  • Food Sensitivity & Allergen Panels

  • Gut Health & Microbiome Analysis

  • Liver Detoxification Pathways

  • Heavy Metals & Environmental Toxin Exposure

Each test is chosen based on your symptoms, health history, and goals—so you receive only the most relevant and actionable results.

Programs do not include lab fees for blood work. They do include analysis by a licensed provider. If you have insurance, in most cases, your lab fee for blood work is typically covered and your insurance carrier will determine which lab you must visit in order to be covered under your plan. If you are a patient without insurance, we can arrange for you to have blood drawn at a reduced rate in a facility near you.
